To link medical records to an existing Google Health account through January 1, 2013 you must sign in and request records through the MediConnect landing page located on the GoogleHealth website. If you do not want records linked to Google Health, create a free MyMediConnect account and begin transferring your medical record information immediately by visiting www.mymediconnect.net
