myMediConnect Personal Health Record
MediConnect Global provides secure access and exchange to consumers who wish to access their digitized medical records in the National Secured Archive™ (N.S.A.) through a personal health record (PHR) portal, myMediConnect. A PHR is one of the most important life documents you’ll ever own because it is a comprehensive summary of your medical history. As important as it is, it is also very easy to create with myMediConnect.
MediConnect has spent over a decade compiling its N.S.A., one of the largest repositories of digital medical records—approaching ten million strong. In recent years, we have expanded into the rapidly emerging personal health record industry. The combination of MediConnect's N.S.A. with the consumer-facing myMediConnect PHR creates a unique resource unavailable with any other company or organization.
myMediConnect was one of only four PHR systems chosen by the Obama administration to participate in the multi-year CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid) PHR pilot project. myMediConnect gathers and organizes patients' diverse medical records in a secure, HIPAA-compliant online environment and provides users with an array of valuable health resources, from medical procedure history to records of prescriptions and diagnoses, world-class information from Harvard Health and other sources, and even medication reminders and health tracking charts.
