Referral Eligibility and Policies
Current or former MediConnect clients are not eligible as referrals for this program. If multiple referrals are
received for the same contact, MediConnect will apply the program to the first referral received.
MediConnect Black Card Policies
The $25 gift card is the sole reward for the MediConnect Referral Rewards program. Cards are not
exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are only redeemable online through www.giftcards.gifts.com. Gift
cards do not expire. MediConnect is not affiliated with or responsible for the policies or procedures of http://clickit.icardgiftcard.com.
Gift Card Issuance and Delivery
Gift cards will be issued within 14 business days after the 25 order threshold is reached by the referral. Cards
will be sent via regular US Postal Service.
