MARKETSTAR FOUNDER, ALAN HALL, JOINS MEDICONNECT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SALT LAKE CITY, UT, April 28, 2009 — MediConnect Global, Inc. is pleased to announce Alan E. Hall as the newest member of its Board of Directors.

Hall is the founder and chairman of MarketStar Corporation, a global outsourced marketing and sales company focused on assisting high-technology companies increase sales in small to medium business sectors.
MarketStar, owned by Omnicom Group (OMC), generates billions of dollars in sales for its clientele. Hall is also the founder and chairman of Grow Utah Ventures, a not-for-profit entity with a mission of stimulating economic development through entrepreneurship.
Recently, Hall established Mercato Partners, a growth equity venture capital firm which invests in high-growth technology companies. Hall is the chairman of the Utah Technology Council, a trustee of Weber State University, a member of the Advisory Board of Wells Fargo Bank, and a trustee of the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation. He has been the recipient of the Ernst & Young and Mountain West Capital Network Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
