MEDICONNECT GLOBAL SELECTS EPHRAIM, UTAH FOR OPERATIONS CENTER

MediConnect Global today announced that it has chosen Ephraim, Utah as the site for a new operations center. The decision was based on the enthusiastic support of the project from Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr. and the representatives of Ephraim city and Sanpete County.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, August 15, 2006 —  MediConnect Global, Inc. (www.mediconnect.net), an industry leader in online retrieval and delivery of medical records for the insurance and legal industries, today announced that it has chosen Ephraim, Utah as the site for a new operations center. The decision was based on the enthusiastic support of the project from Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr. and the representatives of Ephraim city and Sanpete County.

Ephraim was chosen over half a dozen rural Utah cities that MediConnect considered as possible locations for a satellite office. Leveraging incentives from the state of Utah, MediConnect expects to bring up to 300 jobs to the Ephraim area over the next two years. The new customer service center will focus on timely medical record retrieval for the insurance and legal industries utilizing state-of-the-art technology and a patented process that has boosted MediConnect to a leading position in a rapidly growing industry.

In the new center, MediConnect will offer positions such as record acquisition specialists, customer service representatives, and information technology jobs. As part of the employment package, MediConnect is offering employees first level training in HIPAA Guidelines and Policies, Life Insurance Underwriting Processes, Litigation and Defense Case Preparation, and Medical Terminology and Medical Record Training, all of which will elevate the skill level of employees for future career endeavors.
