FOR THE 4TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR MEDICONNECT RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF UTAH`S FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, October 29, 2008 —  MediConnect Global Inc., has been ranked 22nd by MountainWest Capital Network (MWCN) out of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Utah. This most recent recognition marks the second time in less than three months that MediConnect has topped the state’s list of notable companies (Utah Business Magazine’s Fast 50 awards) and is the fourth consecutive year that MediConnect has received this prestigious top 100 award.

MWCN has taken particular notice of MediConnect’s success and in April they awarded CEO, Amy Rees Anderson, the Entrepreneur of the Year for 2008, becoming the first woman to be chosen for the honor.

Selected from thousands of entries, the winners of The Utah 100 Awards were announced on Friday October 24, at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.

Awards are given based on the percentage of revenue increases from 2003 through 2007. During the five- year period, MediConnect’s gross revenue increase grew to an impressive 1249 percent.
