Matt brings to MediConnect his extensive experience in the technology and Internet sectors and a track record of excellence in financial management.

Matt brings over 15 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy, most notably having served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Oracle Corporation, where he managed complex transactions, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial planning. In this position, he oversaw acquisitions that comprised over $4 billion per year of Oracle's revenues. He also was responsible for a $500 million venture fund at Oracle that returned capital in less than a year.
Following Matt's term at Oracle, Matt focused his expertise on running high-growth technology and technology based service companies. As CEO of both Cerberian, Inc., a leading Internet management and Web filtering solution (sold to Blue Coat Systems) and Levanta, an enterprise software company, Matt successfully led both companies through periods of tremendous growth while also expanding their global presence. Prior to his tenure at Oracle, Matt headed a business unit at Central Point Software that saw revenues grow from $7mm to $70mm in five years.
