| Amy Rees Anderson serves as the CEO of MediConnect Global, Inc. (www.mediconnect.net), the industry leader in online medical record retrieval. Amy is responsible for all aspects of the MediConnect business including the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Amy’s direction, MediConnect launched an aggressive domestic and international expansion, and posted three consecutive years of record sales growth more than doubling revenues year over year. Prior to joining MediConnect, Amy founded and managed several successful healthcare technology ventures. As an entrepreneur and business leader she has raised over $50 million in capital, is a well respected public speaker, and teaches courses on entrepreneurship at several Universities. In 2007 Amy was awarded the prestigious Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for her numerous accomplishments. Amy currently serves on numerous boards including Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr.'s Board of Economic Development (GOED), the Utah Valley University Business Board, the University of Utah's Institute for South Asian Studies Board, Westminster College Master Track Mentor Program, and the Salt Lake City Chamber Board. |

| As Global President, David Bywater has responsibility over all worldwide MediConnect Global operations. David has broad expertise in developing global growth expansion strategies and maximizing operational efficiencies. His past positions included senior executive roles at ACS including Senior Managing Director of their Human Capital Management Solutions business, COO for ACS’s HRO business, Senior Vice President of ACS’s ITO International Operations where he led the global expansion strategy in Asia-Pac and Central America, and he was Managing Director of ACS’s Healthcare Payer business which is a BPO services provider to U.S. healthcare insurers. Before ACS, David was Senior Manager for Bain & Company where he focused on helping companies develop growth strategies. Early in his career, David did merger and acquisition work for FleetBoston’s Corporate Strategy & Development Group as well as management consulting with Monitor Company. He has a B.S. degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. |

As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Adam Casto is responsible for overseeing MediConnect’s business partnerships and reseller channels and maintaining strong industry ties in the legal, health care and insurance industries. A veteran marketing executive, Adam brings extensive experience in the development and execution of programs for worldwide customer and partner marketing. His past experience includes over 6 years in advertising and marketing communications as a Brand Development Manager and Account Manager for Richter7, a highly successful and awarded integrated marketing agency. As a brand and communications expert, Adam led various market research, competitive analysis, positioning and overall brand strategy projects for a broad range of companies across multiple industries including biotech, banking and finance, tourism and hospitality, retail, transportation, and government. Adam’s recommended strategies and tactics had a direct impact on the companies he worked with as evident in the increased brand awareness, market penetration, customer satisfaction and loyalty. |

| As Senior Vice President of Finance, Bryan Christiansen has fiduciary responsibility over all MediConnect Global corporate and operational finances worldwide. Bryan brings a broad range of corporate finance, strategic growth, operational, and international experience to MediConnect Global. Bryan’s past positions included Chief of Staff and Vice President of Operational Strategy at Affiliated Computer Services, a Fortune 500 diversified outsourcing company, and as a consultant at Monitor Group, a premier global strategy consulting firm. At ACS he was responsible for helping refine line-of-business strategy and optimizing a mix of onshore, near shore, and offshore operations. At Monitor Group he consulted to multiple Fortune 500 clients as a member of Monitor’s main consulting and corporate finance practices. Bryan received his MBA from Duke University. He also has an undergraduate degree in business management with an emphasis in international finance from Brigham Young University. He currently serves as Chairman of the Governing Board for a K-9 public charter school. |

| As Chief Operations Officer, Eric Quigley is responsible for the operational excellence of MediConnect’s entire record retrieval process including customer relations, account management, technical operations and ensuring timely access to patient medical records. He has more than a decade of experience in the medical industry, creating first-class customer support and service centers, and guiding IT and operations centers from infancy to viability. Prior to joining MediConnect, Eric served as Director of Operations and IT Services for PracticeRx, a leading medical practice management system. He also served as Vice President of Client Services for PerfectPractice where he managed both the acquisition and retention side of customer relations. During his tenure PerfectPractice acquired more than 2,000 physician and medical facilities as clients. |

Prior to joining MediConnect, he held a variety of senior leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Business Development for Klever Marketing, Inc., Founder and President of WO Investing, Inc., Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales for PerfectPractice, Director of Business Development for Freeport.com and other strategic roles with The Monitor Company. In these capacities, Danny delivered significant results and implemented multiple new business initiatives and turnarounds. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University. |

Jeremy brings with him more than ten years of experience in research and development centered on providing leading-edge web-based services for the healthcare industry. Previous positions he has held include Database Administrator for UCN, Inc, and PerfectPractice, and Data Processing Manager for Teleperformance USA. Throughout his career, Jeremy has focused on developing and managing critical path processing to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of technology systems for high-growth companies. |
