Amy Rees Anderson serves as the CEO of MediConnect Global, Inc. (www.mediconnect.net), the industry leader in online medical record retrieval. Amy is responsible for all aspects of the MediConnect business including the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Amy’s direction, MediConnect launched an aggressive domestic and international expansion, and posted three consecutive years of record sales growth more than doubling revenues year over year. Prior to joining MediConnect, Amy founded and managed several successful healthcare technology ventures. As an entrepreneur and business leader she has raised over $50 million in capital, is a well respected public speaker, and teaches courses on entrepreneurship at several Universities. In 2007 Amy was awarded the prestigious Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for her numerous accomplishments. Amy currently serves on numerous boards including Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr.'s Board of Economic Development (GOED), the Utah Valley University Business Board, the University of Utah's Institute for South Asian Studies Board, Westminster College Master Track Mentor Program, and the Salt Lake City Chamber Board.

As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Adam Casto is responsible for overseeing MediConnect’s business partnerships and reseller channels and maintaining strong industry ties in the legal, health care and insurance industries. A veteran marketing executive, Adam brings extensive experience in the development and execution of programs for worldwide customer and partner marketing. His past experience includes over 6 years in advertising and marketing communications as a Brand Development Manager and Account Manager for Richter7, a highly successful and awarded integrated marketing agency. As a brand and communications expert, Adam led various market research, competitive analysis, positioning and overall brand strategy projects for a broad range of companies across multiple industries including biotech, banking and finance, tourism and hospitality, retail, transportation, and government. Adam’s recommended strategies and tactics had a direct impact on the companies he worked with as evident in the increased brand awareness, market penetration, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As Chief Strategic Relations Officer, Naveen Trehan is responsible for driving, maintaining and developing strategic relationships with customers and partners in all facets of the business. Naveen is also responsible for strategic relations with government officials and healthcare industry leaders as well as increasing awareness of MediConnect's role in facilitating the exchange of medical information worldwide. Among his many accomplishments, Naveen graduated from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and spent nine years in public accounting at Price Waterhouse. He has founded several successful revenue cycle management and healthcare service companies both in the United States and internationally.

As Chief Operations Officer, Eric Quigley is responsible for the operational excellence of MediConnect’s entire record retrieval process including customer relations, account management, technical operations and ensuring timely access to patient medical records. He has more than a decade of experience in the medical industry, creating first-class customer support and service centers, and guiding IT and operations centers from infancy to viability. Prior to joining MediConnect, Eric served as Director of Operations and IT Services for PracticeRx, a leading medical practice management system. He also served as Vice President of Client Services for PerfectPractice where he managed both the acquisition and retention side of customer relations. During his tenure PerfectPractice acquired more than 2,000 physician and medical facilities as clients.
		Ben Stout

Ben Stout serves as Vice President of Research and Development for MediConnect Global, Inc. He is responsible for overall management and direction of the company's applications development and software infrastructure with an emphasis on the secure and responsible handling of health information. Ben brings with him more than twelve years of experience in research and development centered on providing leading-edge, web-based services for the healthcare industry. He holds the patent for MediConnect’s record retrieval process. Previous positions he has held include Software Engineer for Software Development Corporation and Developer at Loral Space and Communications. Throughout his career, Ben has focused on developing scalable, industry-leading software providing seamless processes to help companies function effectively and grow responsibly. He earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
		Clark King

As Vice President of Finance, Clark King has responsibility over all MediConnect Global corporate and operational finances worldwide. Clark brings a broad range of corporate finance, accounting, and governance experience to MediConnect Global having held progressively responsible positions over the past 18 years. Clark most recently served as Senior Director of Global Accounting at the Company. Clark’s past positions include Controller for Meadow Gold of Utah which is part of Dean Foods, a Fortune 500 company; Director of Finance for Motor Cargo which became a UPS Company; Controller for MC Distribution Services; and a member of the Business Assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers and Lybrand) , one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms. Clark also served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at the University of Utah. At Meadow Gold he managed all of the financial, accounting, and IT functions as well as directed process improvement. At Motor Cargo, in addition to other financial and accounting duties, he was responsible for key financial analysis functions which increased efficiency and profitability in operations. While there he also developed companywide internal control policies and procedures and successfully led Sarbanes Oxley implementation. He participated on multiple committees including the Executive, Revenue & Account Development, Disclosure, Operational Audits, Reserves, and Accounting System Committees. At MC Distribution Services he was responsible for all accounting and financial reporting. Clark is a CPA with Master and Bachelor degrees in accounting from the University of Utah.
