The MediConnect Account Management team is trained and experienced in many different aspects of the insurance industry. Whether you are a BGA, an insurance carrier or an independent agent, the account management team can give you coaching and advice based on proven processes and their own personal experience.

 

MediConnect account managers are a valuable resource. If you need anything from ordering trends, retrieval status, custom reports, record delivery questions, site provider fee thresholds, direct correspondence with our call center, or answers on our in-process notes, give them a call--they are standing by.

Value-Added ServicesValue in Value-Added Services

MediConnect Global is well recognized for its fast and accurate APS retrieval. Our additional services can decrease retrieval time and increase value. Listed below are a few of our value-added services. Contact your account manager for more information on pricing and ordering.

Rush Service. For rush requests, MediConnect offers a Rush Service that triggers priority service including overnight communications and delivery between providers and MediConnect.

Record Verification. In the event there are specific records needed, MediConnect's certified professionals will review all records to verify receipt of the request. If the records are not correct, MediConnect will immediately contact the provider/facility to obtain the right records.

Authorization Retrieval. A signed HIPAA compliant authorization form is required for all APS retrieval. For requests with no authorization, MediConnect will contact the applicant on your behalf to obtain the form.
 
Special Authorization Retrieval.
For requests where a special authorization is required by the provider/facility MediConnect will obtain it on your behalf.

Account Manager Spotlight: Tara Jones
Insurance/BGA Team

Tara JonesTara Jones is an Account Manager on the MediConnect insurance/BGA team. She is responsible for the management of key accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and trouble-shooting any problems that arise.  

With over two-years experience, Tara has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. At the beginning of her MediConnect career she worked in the call center and records processing department gaining valuable experience and understanding of the MediConnect processes from the ground up. Tara draws upon this knowledge to provide the best service and assistance possible to her clients.
 
When not at work, Tara keeps busy earning her bachelor's degree and enjoying outdoor activities such as riding dirt bikes, boating or snowboarding. She loves to spend time with her family and enjoys an occasional episode of the Golden Girls.
 
Tara is a great example of how MediConnect's account managers work hard for you to ensure your experience with MediConnect exceeds your expecations.
